Digital downloads

Digital products are final sale — once a file is downloaded, it can't exactly be un-downloaded. But if your file is corrupted or won't open, tell us and we'll get you a working copy right away.

Handmade goods

If your handmade item arrives damaged, broken, or just plain wrong, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you — your choice.
