Reputation is a system, not a scramble.

It isn’t built in the moments everyone can see.

Reputation is a system, not a scramble.

It isn't built in the moments everyone can see. It's built in the follow-through nobody applauds — the responses sent, the patterns noticed early, the problems caught while they're still small enough to fix quietly.

And the same information has to speak two languages.

Decision-makers need the numbers: trends, patterns, what's actually at risk. The people doing the work need the story: what happened, what it means, and what to do differently on Monday morning.

Neither one is "the communications strategy." Both are. Data without story doesn't change behavior. Story without data doesn't earn investment.

That's the job: translation, with follow-through.
